Meningeal involvement in Wegener's granulomatosis |

| Abstract: | We describe a rare neurological manifestation of Wegener's granulomatosis, meningeal involvement, which occurred despite therapy resulting in disease quiescence in other organs. Clinical, radiographic, and neuropathological features are described. |
