| 摘 要： | 针对传统远场涡流传感器的信号幅值及信噪比太低难以检测的实际困难 ,提出在传统远场涡流传感器中增加远场信号耦合装置及近场信号屏蔽阻尼结构 ,提高远场信号幅值与信噪比的设计方案 .通过实验研究得到了高灵敏度传感器的最佳组合结构

| Abstract: | In order to overcome the practical difficulty that the signal amplitude and the signal-noise ratio is too low to be detected,a new design has been put forward by adding remote field signal coupling device and near field signal shielding-dampling struc- ture in traditional RFECsensor to raise RFEC testing signal amplitude and the ratio ofsig- nal to noise.Based on experiment research the bestcombination structure of high sensiti- vity sensor has been obtained. |
