摘    要:针对当前精细化工行业发展趋势及地方工科院校应用化学专业人才培养目标,结合精细有机合成化学及工艺学课程特点,笔者在教学实践基础上,对该课程从教学安排、内容改进、理论及实践教学方法等方面进行了改革。有效地激发了学生对该课程的学习兴趣,学生理论知识更加扎实,能做到理论联系实际,提高了分析问题和解决实际问题的能力。

Abstract:In view of current trends in fine chemical industry and the training goal of applied chemistry in the local engineering colleges,combined with the course characteristics of Fine Organic Synthetic Chemistry and Technology,reforms in content,arrangement and approach are made in the course of teaching.Better results have been achieved.The learning interest of the students is greatly stimulated;the students have a good master of theoretical knowledge and they can put the theory into practice.Accordingly,their ability of analyzing and solving problems is improved greatly.
