| 摘 要： | 分析了轻轨和地铁专用车轮供货技术条件与铁路用车轮的标准要求的区别,并据此调整了淬火和回火等相关的工艺参数,应用于轻轨和地铁专用车轮的生产,采用调整后的工艺生产的轻轨和地铁车轮的硬度完全符合供货技术条件的要求。

| Abstract: | This article has analyzed the differentiation between the dehvery specification of the special wheel used for light rail and metro train and conventional requirement of the wheel used for the railway trains. Based on this differentiation, the relative process parameters for the quenching and tempering have been adjusted, which have been applied to the manufacturing of the special wheel used for the light rail and metro trains. The hardness of the manufac- tured wheels with the adjusted process have met the requirements of the delivery soecifications. |
