舰面环境中发射箱的贮存性能研究

摘    要:分析指出日照辐射传热是造成发射箱贮存性能下降和泄露的主要原因。建立发射箱的传热模型及泄漏过程的预估模型;进行模拟计算,计算结果与测试结果吻合。提出改进发射箱的作战环境适应能力的具体建议。

Abstract:The analyses pointed out that the sunshine radiation heat transfer is a main reason to make a canister leaked and lost its storage ability for a missile. The time-temperature models of heat transfer in a canister body and inside canister chamber were established, and a time-pressure estimation model of a canister was also established; the time-temperature and time-pressure variation process were simulated then. Simulation results are agreed with the measurement values well. Some reasonable advices were given out to improve adaptive capacity for canister in battlefield.
