摘    要:由于环保和节能的原因,燃天然气工业锅炉的应用日益增多,其节能减排工作也日益突出。燃天然气工业锅炉排烟热损失是热损失中最重要的一项,研究一种现场快捷计算排烟热损失显得意义重大。排烟热损失计算涉及到现场数据和天然气分析数据,为实现现场快捷计算排烟热损失,采用MATLAB软件对排烟热损失进行编程计算,并对天然气分析数据进行拟合回归,模拟出排烟热损失的现场快捷计算方法。利用现场测试数据验证,表明该快捷模拟算法具有较高的精度。

Abstract:Owing to environmental protection and energy conservation, industry natural gas boiler will be used increasingly, whose energy conservation work has become more obvious. Exhaust gas heat loss is the most important of all heat loss, so study a site shortcut calculation for exhaust gas heat loss is important. Exhaust gas heat loss calculation involves the on-site running data and the natural gas analysis data, so the MATLAB software is adopted in the paper to program the calculation of exhaust gas heat loss, and fit natural gas quality data by the regression analysis, then simulation the exhaust gas heat loss calculation in the field, which could calculate the exhaust gas heat loss quickly on scene. Using field test data for validation, which show that the fast simulation algorithm has higher accuracy.
