| 摘 要： | 在水泥裹骨料工艺的基础上,研究了一种全新的再生骨料强化技术,即通过在再生骨料表面喷洒聚乙烯醉溶液形成聚乙烯醇粘结层,然后在聚乙烯醇粘结层表面再包裹1层水泥形成水泥外壳,从而增加了再生骨料对水泥的粘附力,达到了提高再生混凝土强度的目的.同时,通过试验对聚乙烯醇溶液外裹水泥法和纯水泥浆、水泥浆外掺矿粉、水泥浆外掺硅藻土、水泥浆外掺硅粉等4种不同化学浆液强化法强化的再生骨料及再生混凝土进行了相关物理力学性能的对比分析.结果表明,骨料表面喷洒聚乙烯醉溶液外裹水泥的方法可以提高再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度约22%. |
