非离子型水性环氧固化剂的合成及其在防锈涂料中的应用

摘    要:以聚醚多元醇二缩水甘油醚(NPER-032)与三乙烯四胺(TETA)滴加反应合成TETA-NPER-032加成物,然后用液体环氧树脂(EPON828)进一步反应,合成出非离子型自乳化水性环氧固化剂.纳米粒度分析表明,所合成的非离子型水性环氧固化剂对液体环氧树脂具有良好的乳化功能;红外光谱分析表明EPON828与加成物发生了反应.配合液体环氧树脂,加入新型的复合铁钛防锈颜料和其它相关助剂,制备得到综合性能优良的双组分水性环氧防锈涂料.实验结果表明,环氧,胺氢当量比为1.1时,涂膜的干燥时间、机械强度、耐盐水性等综合性能最佳.

Abstract:In this paper,the adduct(TETA-NPER-032) was synthesized by adding triethylenete tramine(TETA) dropwise into polyether polyol diglycidyl ether(NPER-032),and then liquid epoxy resin(EPON828) was incorporated to react with the adduct obtained to produce non-ionic self-emulsifying waterborne epoxy curing agent.Nano-particle size analysis showed that the synthesized non-ionic waterborne epoxy curing agent had an excellent function to emulsify liquid epoxy resin,FTIR test demonstrated that EPON828 had already rea...
