新型聚羧酸系减水剂在建筑石膏中的应用研究

摘    要:研究了聚羧酸系减水剂对建筑石膏流动度及石膏晶体形貌的影响.采用大分子单体法合成了新型聚羧酸减水荆PC-1,并与2种市售同类减水剂PC-S、PC-B进行比较.结果表明,聚羧酸型减水剂可以提高建筑石膏的流动性和强度.其中,PC-1掺量为1.5%时,减水率达21.4%;掺量为0.7%时,建筑石膏的抗折强度提高31%、抗压强度提高76%.其多种活性基团提高了螯合能力和分散稳定性,促使建筑石膏形成网状结构.

Abstract:Effects of the polycarboxylic water reducer on fluidity and crystal morphology of building gypsum were investigated.Novel polycarboxylic water reducer(PC-1)was first synthesized by using macromonomer method,then the comparison researches were done using two same kind of water reducers(PC-S,PC-B)on sale.The results show that the polycarboxylic water reducer can improve the fluidity and strength of building plaster.When the dosage of PC-1 is 1.5%,water-reducing rate of gypsum is up to 21.4%;and the tensile st...
