摘    要:介绍并分析了国内玻璃熔窑的能耗及热效率情况,指出常规的熔窑烟气余热利用并不是真正意义上的节能减排措施,提出采用高低温二段蓄热技术,可使玻璃熔窑真正节能减排,并详细介绍了加高格子体、加设低温蓄热室和旋转蓄热室等具体方法。

Abstract:The energy consumption and heat efficiency of domestic glass furnace were described.It is pointed out that the high and low temperature two sections regeneration is the measures for energy-saving and emission reduction instead of the recycle of waste heat in furnace gases.The practical methods of increasing checkers and setting both the low temperature and rotation regenerators were presented in details.
