摘    要:介绍了三层完井技术的基本原理,即该技术分别在油层和水层完井(水层有两处完井段),并用封隔器将三射孔段隔开,油水界面以上的原油从油套环空中采出,油水界面以下的水从水层上部射孔段采出后直接回注到水层下部的射孔段。分析了影响三层完井技术临界采油量及油井含水率的主要因素,包括采油速度、采水速度、水层两射孔段间的距离(D/I值)。结果表明,通过设计合理的采水速度及调整D/I值,能使三层完井技术的临界采油量达普通完井技术临界采油量的10倍,油井含水率比普通完井技术大幅度下降。

Abstract:The basic principle of triple completion technology is introduced. The well is tripled completed in the oil and water zone while one completion interval in oil zone and the other two in water zone. Two packers are installed to separate completion intervals, with oil flowing to the surface through tubing/casing annulus and the water drained from upper completion interval is reinjected to the deeper completion interval in the aquifer. The main factors on well's critical oil production and water cut are analyzed, including oil production rate, water drainage rate and spacing between the water drainage and reinjection completions (D/I). The results indicated that through designing proper water drainage rate and adjusting D/I, the critical oil production with triple completion can be 10 times as much as with conventional completion and water cut can also be greatly decreased compared with conventional completion.
