摘    要:采用0.002级电流比较仪,对0.01S级电流互感器进行检定,应用比较法测得被检互感器比值差与相位差的量值,分析测量重复性引入的标准不确定度、标准电流互感器允许误差引入的标准不确定度、互感器校验仪允许误差引入的标准不确定度、互感器负载箱误差引入的标准不确定度、差流测量回路的附加二次负荷影响引入的标准不确定度、测量数据修约引入的标准不确定度、合成标准不确定度、扩展不确定度、示值误差扩展不确定度评定方法。

Abstract:Used the current comparator 0.002 calibrate to 0.01 S-class current transformer calibration, the application of comparative method measured the value of test transformer ratio error and phase difference, introduced the measurement repeatability of standard uncertainty, the standard current transformer permissible error was introduced into the standard uncertainty of verification, transformer permissible error introduced by the standard uncertainty, transformer load error introduced by the standard uncertainty, poor flow measurement circuit of additional secondary load effect was introduced into the standard uncertainty, the measurement data of repairing about introduction of standard uncertainty, synthesis standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of error evaluation methods.
