凝结水精处理用阴离子交换树脂性能评价实验

摘    要:对大型空冷机组凝结水精处理用阴离子交换树脂在高温下的理化特性进行了系统的研究。通过实验研究了大型空冷机组凝结水精处理用离子交换树脂性能指标,包括交换容量、含水质量分数、均一系数、渗磨圆球率、强碱基团下降率。选取具有代表性的5种进口阴离子交换树脂,通过耐温实验对阴离子交换树脂的各项性能进行考察,并采用灰色关联及层次分析法从树脂热稳定性、理化性能、工业应用3个方面对凝结水精处理用阴离子交换树脂进行了综合评价,探讨了优选凝结水精处理用阴离子交换树脂的方法。结果表明丙烯酸系强碱性阴离子交换树脂性能最佳。实验为优化凝结水精处理的运行提供了依据。

Abstract:The physicochemical properties of anion exchange resin,which was used in the condensate water polishing treatment at high temperatures,was researched systematically.The condensate polishing treatment with ion exchange resin performance index of a large-sized air-cooling unit were researched,which include exchange capacity,water content,uniformity coefficient,carburizing grinding ball rate,rate of alkali groups decreasing.And five representative kinds of imported anion exchange resin were selected.According ...
