摘    要:
介绍了基于PMAC的三轴海浪模拟摇摆台的设计方法,给出了摇摆台控制系统的硬件结构和软件系统基本结构,充分利用PMAC多轴运动控制卡的多轴联动控制、快速的实时通讯能力及易于开发的软件系统,实现了摇摆台的三轴实时控制、位置伺服控制。摇摆台具有规则波和不规则波下的横摇、纵摇、艏摇三自由度的船舶运动仿真能力,系统运行稳定,操作方便。

Abstract:
Design method of PMAC-based three-axis ocean wave simulation turntable was introduced, and basic structure of hardware system and software system were introduced. Taking full advantage of PMAC, the controller multi-axis of motion simultaneously with a high level of sophistication, fast speed real time ability to communicate and easy developed software system, the turntable realizes three-axis real-time control and position servo control. The turntable can simulate roll, pitch, yawing three-degree ship motion in regular and irregular wave, and the system moves steadily and operate easily.
