| 摘 要： | 本文应用实验计划法研究了煮茧工艺及制丝助剂对差原料茧的净度解舒率、缫折等指标的综合影响,得出触蒸前处理后加助剂等方案,使解舒率、净度提高,同时缫折也下降的效果,在生产中取得了明显的经济效益,为煮茧工艺优化处理在煮茧生产中应用提供了实例.

| Abstract: | In this paper, by means of experiment design method, the synthetical influence of cocoon cook-ing processes and assistants for filature on indexes such as cleaness,reelability percentage and rawsilk percentage of bad raw cocoons is studied. Some plans of preprocessing of direct steaming forcooking and adding assistants are obtained,by which there are results of raising cleaness,reelabilitypercentage and raw silk percentage of cocoon. Obvious economic profit in the production is gained.This supplied an example of optimizing cocoon cooking process being applied in cocoon cooking pro-duction. |
