| 摘 要： | 中国企业劳动制度的改革过程，在国有企业中是逐步获得劳动用工和薪酬决定权，实行全面劳动合同制、建立社会化的保障体系，以及逐步建立现代人力资源体系的过程；在非国有企业中，则是逐渐完善和建立全面覆盖的社会保障体系的过程。体制内外共同变革的转型路径对企业外的劳动制度改革具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The friction temperature has great influence on the performance and life of multi-disk wet clutch.Formulas of friction heat and heat convection coefficient for wet friction clutch are given.The2-D and 3-D heat transfer analysis models are established,and finite element method for transient temperature field problem is employed to solve the heat transfer process of friction piece under combination situation.Some measures are set forth to improve performance of heat dissipation of wet multiple clutch,which ar... |
