广东省进出口食品中的放射性检验

报道了广东省商检中心放射性检验室开展的广东进出口食品中的放射性检验工作。介绍了检验工作采用仪器的主要性能及应用；给出了分析测量方法和探测下限以及实验的质量保证措施，并给出了检验室测量的广东省几种食品中的放射性含量范围，测量结果与我国食品中放射性活度变化范围大体一致。

Radioactivity in Food in Relation to Customs Inspection in Guangdong Province

This report describes the work of identifying radioactivity in foodstuffs conducted by Guangdong Commodity Inspection and Testing Center, using HPGe gamma rays spectrometry coupled with NaI detector,M 1 in situ gamma spectrometer and LB 770 low background detector.The principal performances and applications of these devices,the methods of analysis and measurement used,the lower detectable limits,the laboratory's quality assurance measures,and the range of radioactivity variation in foodstuff produced in the locality.This work shows that there are trace natural radionuclides in many of foodstuffs (falling within normal background) and trace artificial radionuclides 137 Cs and Sr.The results of measurements are roughly within the range of the concentrations of radioactivity in Chinese foodstuffs.
