| 摘 要： | 针对TRT发电机组作动器漏油造成频繁停机的问题,在安装导向圈、曲柄滑块时,采取接触面涂抹二硫化钼、机壳与承缸之间增加硅橡胶密封等改造措施,缓解了作动器的漏油情况,确保了机组稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Actuator oil leakage of the TRT generating unit caused increasing stoppage rate.To solve this problem,molybdenum disulphide was coated on the contact surface and silicon rubber sealing was added between the casing and the weight bearing cylinder when a guiding ring and a crank block were installed.These measures improved oil leakage of the actuator and guaranteed a stable running of the TRT unit. |
