防斜打快技术在胜利油田深井钻井中的应用

摘    要:针对胜利油田渤南、车西、大北等区块断层复杂,地层倾角大,特别容易井斜的特点,利用带偏轴接头的小钟摆防斜钻具组合和柔性钟摆钻具组合,分别采用轻压吊打纠斜、加压钻进防斜两种模式防斜,并用机械式无线随钻测斜仪随钻监测井斜,根据井斜变化随时调整钻井参数,形成一套适合该区块的防斜打快配套技术,现场实施应用后,钻井速度大幅度提高,效果很好。

Abstract:At present, deep and middle-deep wells become the main of exploration and development in Shengli oilfield. Deep wells increase obviously. Complex faults and large formation dip may be found in the middle-deep wells which are drilled at Bonan, Chexi and Dabei blocks. So, a deviation can be easily occurred during drilling.
