管束干燥机自控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对管柬干燥机的特点,设计基于变频一拖三的干燥机风机自动控制系统,系统采用S7—300PLC控制器,利用STEP7软件编制自动控制程序,具有机械和逻辑互锁保护功能,保证设备安全可靠地运行,实现了生产的自动化及能源的节约化,从而提高了干燥单元的工作效率。

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of bundle dryer, an auto-control system for the fan which serving three bundle dryers through the frequency conversion was designed. The system which employs S7-300 PLC and STEP 7 software has mechanical and logic interlock function to ensure both safe and reliable operation and to realize auto- mation of the production and the energy saving so that the work efficiency of the drying unit can be improved.
