摘    要:针对焊接现场气体保护焊用送丝机控制电缆容易被损坏这一情况。设计了一套无控制电缆送丝装置。整套装置由焊接电源输出端供电,由于其输入电压范围为20~80V.需要DC/DC变换,得到12V直流电源,因此利用集成芯片UC3825B设计并制作了一款宽范围输入的开关电源,用来为该系统提供电源;选用了直流印刷电动机驱动送丝装置,并设计了相应的调速电路。经联机调试,该设计基本能满足焊接工作者的需求。

Abstract:According to the situation that the control cable of gas shield welding wire feeder is likely to be destroyed, a new kind of cable wire feeder device without control was designed. Using the welding power source, which has the input range 20-80 V, as a power supply of the total device system, it should design a DC/I)C converter to get 12 V DC. So utilizing the chip UC3825B, a switch power with wide input voltage range was designed in order to get a power supply of the system. A printed DC motor was selected and a new type of speed control circuit was designed. After on-line debugging, it proved that the wire feeder device can meet the requests of welder.
