| 摘 要： | 对现场动平衡测试系统的各个功能模块进行了介绍,主要包括传感器的选择,其中,采用ICP压电加速度传感器测量加速度,采用光电计数传感器测量转速;下位机整体模块以及信号采集电路的具体实现思想;上位机软件采用了LabVIEW语言以及测试系统中上位机的具体设计方案。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces each function module of the field dynamic balance test system,and mainly introduces the selection of the sensors.The ICP piezoelectric acceleration sensor is used for acceleration measurement,and photoelectric counting sensor is used for rotational speed measurement.The introduction of the whole module of the lower computer and the concrete realization of the signal acquisition circuit;The upper computer software adopts LabVIEW language and the specific design scheme of the upper computer in the test system. |
