| 摘 要： | "十三五"时期,江苏水利投入近2100亿元,一大批重点水利工程陆续建成发挥效益.回顾了"十三五"期间和2020年水利工程建设管理工作取得的新成效,分析了当前对全面提升水安全保障能力提出的更高要求,谋划了"十四五"发展蓝图,提出了2021年水利工程建设管理的具体要点.
