摘    要:针对我国目前缺少电化学工作站校准方法的情况,文章通过阐述电化学工作站的工作原理,从仪器的物理性能入手,提出了该仪器的校准项目和技术指标:电位示值误差(±0.02 V)、电流示值误差(±5×10^(-9) A)、峰电位重复性(3%);重点探讨了仪器的电位示值误差、电流示值误差和峰电位重复性指标的校准方法,形成了一套系统的电化学工作站校准方法,并对电化学工作站进行了实际校准。结果表明该方法科学合理、简便易行、可操作性强,各项指标结果符合仪器的校准项目指标,可用于评价仪器计量性能,为仪器日常的校准工作以及国家计量校准规范的制订奠定了基础。

Abstract:In view of the lack of calibration method for electrochemical workstations in China,the paper described the working principle of the instrument and has proposed the calibration items and technology indicators,including of indication error of potential(±0.02 V),indication error of current(±5×10-9 A)and repeatability of peak potential(3%).The calibration method for electrochemical workstations was mainly discussed and carried out on two electrochemical workstations.The results were all in line with the technology indicators of the instrument.Analysis of the cases showed that the method was scientific,reasonable,simple and easy to operate.The paper constructed the experimental foundation for the calibration activity and standards for the electrochemical workstations.
