| 摘 要： | 通过湖北省监测一中逸夫图书馆工程设计实践，建筑师亲身体会到建筑设计行为中，加强建筑策划的必要性，提出建筑策划是一种隐藏的设计，探讨了在现代建筑中如何体现中国文化，指出了我国现行设计体制中的若干问题。

| Abstract: | By the design of Yifu Library in Jianli NO.1 Middle School in Hubei,the architects realize the necessity of the architectural programming in the course of architectural design. This paper points out the architectural programming is the hidden design, discusses how to express Chinese traditional culture in the modern architectural design and sums up some problems in present design system. |
