活性炭无纺布的改性研究

摘    要:本实验研究了改性活性炭无纺布的吸附特性,提出了活性炭无纺布改性的有效方法,并实验研究了不同环境因素对活性炭无纺布改性效果的影响。研究结果表明,Na2CO3和KOH溶液浸溃可以提高活性炭无纺布对CO2的吸附效率。延长吸附饱和时间;溶液浓度越高,改性效果越好;环境温度和湿度能影响改性效果。增加吸附层厚度,有助于提高改性活性炭无纺布对CO2的吸附效率,但同时也增加能耗,选择合适的吸附层厚度以获得较高效率和较小能耗是很重要的。

Abstract:The adsorption characteristics of a nonwoven cloth with activated carbon after dipping treatment has been studied. It is shown that the adsorption efficiency of the nonwoven cloth impregnated with Na2CO3 and KOH for CO2 is increased and the saturation time is extended. The higher concentration, the higher the adsorption efficiency increased. Hith temperature and low humidity are helpful to the adsorption of the nonwoven cohh for CO2. Obviously the reasonable thickness of adsorption layer is of significance for high absorption effciency and low energy cost.
