强地震区百万千瓦机组锅炉基础设计分析

摘    要:在高烈度区,百万千瓦机组的锅炉基础需要承受较大的竖向和水平荷载,如果地基土承载力不高,需要采用桩基础,而如果柱网距离较小,需要进一步采用桩筏基础.桩筏基础具有整体性好、竖向承载力高、基础沉降小、调节不均匀沉降能力强的特点,对桩筏基础的分析,是岩土工程领域研究的一个热点,现行规范尚未给出明确的计算方法.目前对桩筏基础的分析有不同的计算模型,也有不同的分析软件,通过对百万千瓦锅炉基础的分析,希望能够对类似工程的设计提供参考.

Research on design of 1000 MW unit boiler foundation in meizoseismal area

Abstract:In meizoseismal area,calculating vertical load and horizontal load of the boiler foundation are very large,if the allowable bearing capacity of foundation soil is low,the pile foundation is necessary;piled raft foundation has many advantages,such as its larger vertical bearing capacity,low settlement and differential settlement,etc..The piled raft foundation 's analysis is a hotspot in the research of geotechnical engineering.Existing codes have not yet given a clear method of calculation.At present the piled raft foundation has many different models and analysis software;and the results are different;so this is a challenge.Through the research on a 1 000 MW boiler foundation,the results can be for reference in design of similar foundations.
