500kV变电站通信专用高频开关电源不停电更换

某500kV变电站通信专用高频开关电源连续运行多年,存在电源模块元器件严重老化、绝缘失效、设备停产等严重隐患,需要更换。分析了更换电源时,在电源割接、屏位拆除与安装以及电源类设备带电操作过程中存在的风险。制订了临时电源过渡、蓄电池供电过渡及单套高频开关屏接双套直流负载三种不停电更换备选方案,经对比分析,确定采用单套高频开关屏接双套直流负载方案。实施后,变电站设备运行良好,表明该方案合理可行、实际操作性好,可推广使用。

Replacement of High Frequency Switching Power Supply for Communication in 500kV Substation Without Power Cut

The high frequency switching power supply for communication in a 500kV substation has been running for many years,and it needs to be replaced due to serious aging,insulation failure,equipment shutdown and other serious hidden dangers of power module components.This paper analyzes the risks existing in the process of power supply cutover,screen removal and installation,and live operation of power equipment when replacing the power supply,and formulates three alternative schemes:temporary power supply transition,battery power supply transition,and single set of high-frequency switching screen connected with double sets of DC load.Through comparative analysis,the scheme of single set of high frequency switching screen connected with double sets of DC load is determined.After implementation,the substation equipment runs well,which shows that the scheme is reasonable and feasible,with good practical operability,and can be popularized.
