摘    要:在线监测变压器油中溶解气体,实时捕捉变压器油运行状态信息已成为国内外确保变压器安全运行可靠手段。传统气相色谱法检测油中溶解气体存在分析环节多、操作频繁、试验周期长、误差大等弊病。随着油气在线监测技术的日臻成熟,安装油气在线监测装置,对反映变压器内部油及固体绝缘故障的重要特征气体H2、CO及小分子烃类气体等进行在线监测,可有效保障变压器的安全可靠运行。

Abstract:The on-line monitoring of dissolved gas in transformer oil to obtain the operation condition of transformer oil in a real-time way has become a reliable method to ensure the safe operation of transformers. The traditional gas chromatography for testing dissolved gas in transformer oil has the disadvantage of multiple analytic links, frequent operation, long testing cycle and large errors. Since the on-line monitoring technology of dissolved gas has become increasingly mature, the on-line monitoring equipment for dissolved gas, with which the on-line monitoring for gases such as H_2, CO and other hydrocarbon gases reflecting faults in the internal oil and solid insulation of transformers is conducted, effectively guarantees the safe and reliable operation of transformers.
