海底输油管道聚氨酯弹性体保温材料抗蠕变性能试验研究

摘    要:聚氨酯弹性体用作海底湿式保温输油管道保温层,其力学性能、蠕变性能是重要参数。文章对聚氨酯弹性体保温管道保温层在海底的受力情况进行分析,计算了保温层在海底的压缩形变,设计了聚氨酯弹性体保温管道保温材料的蠕变试验装置,并通过具体实例给出了试验方法与试验结果。

Test Research on Creep Resistance of Polyurethane Elastomer as Thermal Insulation Material for Subsea Oil Pipeline

Abstract:The mechanical and creep properties of polyurethane elastomer as thermal insulation layer of subsea wet-type thermal insulation oil pipeline are very important parameters. This paper analyzes the forces on polyurethane elastomer thermal insulation layer of subsea pipeline on seafloor,calculates the compressive deformation of the layer,and designs the creep test device for polyurethane elastomer,then gives the creep test procedure and the test results based on a practical instance.
