高炉干法除尘输灰存在的问题及解决对策

摘    要:鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司2580㎡高炉干法除尘系统原采用在线输灰方式进行输灰,这种输灰方式存在大量高炉煤气对空放散、污染环境、设备故障多、检修频繁、输灰介质浪费等问题。结合干法除尘工艺技术特点,将在线输灰方式改为离线输灰方式。经过近两年的实践表明,离线输灰方式很好解决了在线输灰方式存在的各类问题。

Problem Existed in Transporting Dust Produced by Dry Dedusting in BF and Countermeasures for Solving It
Abstract:The old method of online transporting dust produced by the dry dedusting system for the 2580 m3 blast furnace in Chaoyang Iron &Steel Co., Ltd. of Ansteel Group Corporation has many problems such as the emission of blast-furnace gas, pollution of the environment , more equipment failures, frequent overhauls, wasting the medium for transporting dust. For dealing with these problems the online way of transporting dust was replaced by the way of offline transporting dust with regard to the characteristics of the dry dedusting process. Based on the practice of operation for two years it is concluded that the various problems caused by the online transporting dust was solved effectively by applying the way of the offline transporting dust.
