苯加氢制环己烯的钌系催化剂开发进展

摘    要:
环己烯是重要的有机化工原料。其经济制法是由苯不完全加氢的一步合成法。该法以钌催化剂为最有效 ,反应的最佳条件为 :反应温度 1 50~ 1 90℃ ,压力 4~ 5MPa。当加入助催化剂或其它添加剂时 ,可以提高环己烯产率。助催化剂以 Cu、Co等较好 ,其他添加剂包括水、碱及过渡金属硫酸盐等。助催化剂和添加剂的作用是影响催化剂的活性和环己烯从催化剂表面的脱附

Abstract:
Cyclohexene is an important raw material for organic chemical industry, and its economical production method is onestep synthesis by partial hydrogenation of benzene. In then method, the best catalyst is ruthenium. The optimum reaction conditions are reaction temperature 150~190 ℃, pressure 4~5 MPa. The higher yield of cyclohexene can be obtained when Cu, Co, water, base, and some metal sulfates are added as assistant catalysts and modifiers, they can influence the activity of catalyst and the desorption of cyclohexene from the catalyst surface.
