摘    要:
耐磨性是聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)的一个重要性能指标, 现有的烧结体质量磨耗比实验和称量方法存在明显的缺陷, 为此建立了PDC体积磨耗比的计算方法, 能够用它评测PDC耐磨性的优劣。PDC车削花岗岩时的磨损过程可以分为初始磨损阶段、快速磨损阶段和稳定磨损阶段。PDC车削花岗岩过程中, 刀具的磨损是由于冲击与磨削同时作用的结果, 且以“磨为主, 冲为辅”。

Wear resistance is an important performance index of polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC).Because the obvious flaw of the existing quality abrasion ratio experimental method and weighing method,a model calculating the volume abrasion ratio was built which could evaluate the quality of wear resistance of PDC.The process of PDC cutter turning granite can be devided into initial wear stage,fast wear stage and stable wear stage.The wear of PDC cutters was resulted from grinding and impact and "mainly grinding s...
