| 摘 要： | 从保证电力系统发电容量充裕度的必要性出发，研究国外电力市场中保障电力系统可靠发电容量的体制机制，提出适应中国电力市场环境下的容量市场机制设计方式，有助于建设与现行机制耦合的容量市场机制，保障系统发电容量充裕及系统长期稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Starting from the necessity of ensuring the generation capacity adequacy of the power system, this paper studies the system and mechanism to ensure the reliable generation capacity of the power system, and puts forward the design method of the capacity market mechanism to adapt to the environment of China's power market, which is conducive to the construction of the capacity market mechanism coupled with the current mechanism, and ensure the sufficient generation capacity of the system and the long-term stable operation of the system. |
