刚果(金)某铜钴矿粗制氢氧化钴浆化洗涤工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对刚果(金)某铜钴氧化矿产出的粗制氢氧化钴, 采用生产新水为洗涤剂、板框压滤机为液固分离设备, 分别对浆化洗涤工艺条件进行了单因素与正交试验考察。结果表明, 正交试验得出的最优工艺条件为: 液固比7∶1、浆化时间50 min、搅拌强度80 r/min; 液固比对浆化洗涤效果影响显著性优先于浆化时间及搅拌强度; 优化工艺条件下获得的产品钴品位为42.46%, 比洗涤前提高了3.21个百分点, 镁含量4.72%, 比洗涤前下降了2.17个百分点, 表明该工艺条件下浆化洗涤效果良好。

Abstract:Aiming at the crude cobalt hydroxide produced from a kind of copper-cobalt oxide ore in DRC, single factor and orthogonal tests were respectively carried out to investigate the processing conditions for pulping and washing process, with the fresh water in the production process as the detergent, and filter press as liquid-solid separation equipment. The optimum technical conditions obtained from the orthogonal test include: a liquid-solid ratio of 7∶1, pulping time of 50 min and stirring speed of 80 r/min. It is shown that the liquid-solid ratio has much greater impact compared to the pulping time and stirring speed. Under the above optimized conditions, the obtained cobalt product has its grade increased to 42.46% after washing process, up by 3.21 percentage points, and has its magnesium content decreased to 4.72% after washing process, down by 2.17 percentage points, indicating that such processing conditions can bring a good pulping and washing effect.
