摘    要:本文在分析矿井异步电动机工作的基础上,以Intel80C196KB为中央控制单元,设计了一种新型智能化真空磁力控制站测控系统。该测控系统能自动转换控制方式,具有短路、过载、断相、欠压、过压及漏电等保护功能,并且能通过汉字显示终端显示各路负荷的工作状态和工作参数。重点介绍系统的硬件组成,软件各个功能模块及系统抗干扰措施。经过模拟实验表明,该测控系统具有一定的实用性、可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of mine asynchronous motor’s work, a new intelligent measurement and control system for vacuum magnetic control station is developed by using Intel 80C196KB as central control unit. The system can automatic change control modes and is provided with protective functions for short circuit, overload, open-phase, over-voltage, under-voltage, leakage, etc. Meanwhile, it displays operation condition and work parameters of all load lines by Chinese character display terminal. Much more attention is paid to hardware components, functional modules of software and anti-interference methods of the system. The simulated experimental result shows that the measurement and control system has practicability, reliability and safety to a certain degree.
