摘    要:以试验数据为依据,结合物理化学原理,阐述了锌精矿中SiO2的赋存状态及各种焙烧参数对可溶性硅酸盐形成的影响;通过对几种熔砂粘结块化学成分的分析及有关反应的热力学计算,探讨了锌精矿沸腾焙烧过程结炉的主要原因。

Abstract:In this paper the effect of the occurrence of SiO_2 in zinc concentrates and pro-cess parameters for the roast on the formation of soluble silicates is discussed based On theexperiment results and physico-chemical principles ,and the major reasons for the formationof clinker during the fluidized bed roast of zinc concentrates are analyzed by means of thechemical analysis of clinker and a thermodynamic calculation of associated reactions.
