二甘醇对涤纶染色性能的影响 |

摘 要: | 介绍了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)纤维中二甘醇(DEG)的生成机理,分析了DEG对PET纤维(涤纶)染色性能的影响;阐述了涤纶中DEG含量的测试方法。PET中DEG有游离DEG、链内DEG与链端DEG3种形式,其中链内DEG的含量对涤纶染色均匀性及稳定性起重要作用。在配料时添加质量分数0.29%的DEG,55 dtex/144 f涤纶FDY的染色一等品率由85%提高到95%。建议采用高频核磁共振仪检测PET链内的DEG含量,可精确控制DEG含量,以提高涤纶染色的稳定性。

Abstract: | The formation mechanism of diethylene glycol (DEC) in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber was introduced.The effect of DEG on the dyeing behaivor of PET fiber was analyzed.The methods of determining DEG content in PET fiber were described.DEG in PET had three kinds of existing forms,namely free DEG,intrachain DEG and chain terminal DEG.The in-trachain DEG offered an important contribution to the dyeing uniformity and stability of PET fiber.The dyeing first-grade rate of 55 dtex/144 f PET fiber was increased from 85% to 95% by an extra addition of 0.29% DEG by mass fraction during proportioning.It was suggested that high-frequency nuclear magnetic resonance should be used to detect the intrachain DEG content of PET so as to improve the dyeing stability of PET fiber through accurately control the DEG content. |
