数控机床轮廓误差预测前馈补偿技术研究

摘    要:三轴加工中心是一种可满足复杂轮廓零件加工的机床,为进一步提高其轮廓加工精度,预测前馈补偿是一种经济而有效的途径,对数控机床的误差补偿技术进行了讨论,对误差补偿技术步骤、误差补偿的执行和预测前馈误差补偿方法作了详细的分析和介绍,并在MVC510立式加工中心上做了相关的实验进行验证,取得了很好的效果。67%的直线度以及76%的垂直度误差得到补偿。

Abstract:Three-axis machining center is a kind of precise machine tools that can manufacture work-pieces with complex outlines,in order to improve its contouring accuracy further more,it is an economical and effective approach to adopt predicting feed-forward compensation techniques.Discusses error compensation technology of CNC machine tools.The steps of error compensation technology and predictive feed-forward error compensation are also analysed in detail.The experimental verification has been conducted on the related experiments in the MVC510 vertical machine.The experiments show that the error compensation technology has got good effect.67 percent of linearity error and 76 percent of verticality error can be compensated.
