摘    要:
溪洛渡水电站左岸泄洪洞龙落尾段具有“大断面、大流量、高流速”的工程特点,其混凝土强度等级高,抗冲耐磨标准高;洞内泄洪消能采用“龙落尾”方式结构布置,斜坡段坡度22.5°,工作场面狭窄,施工难度大。本文结合工程实际,对温控防裂的影响因素进行了分析,阐述了监理在过程管理中采取的控制措施及取得的良好效果,可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:
The tail section of the spillway tunnel on the left bank of Xiluodu Hydropower Station has the engineering characteristics of large section, high flow rate and high flow velocity; of which both the strength grade and the abrasion-resistant standard of the concrete are high and a structure pattern of “dragon tail-down” is arranged inside of the tunnel for the flood discharge and energy dissipation with a slope gradient of 22.5°, and then the working site is narrow and the construction is quite difficult as well. Based on the actual construction, the factors of the impacts on temperature control and anti-cracking of the concrete are analyzed herein, moreover, the control measures adopted during the construction supervision and their better effects obtained therein are expatiated, so as to provide some references for the similar project concerned.
