| 摘 要： | 对梅山选矿厂原湿尾矿浓缩工艺进行了改造, 引入了HRC-25 m高压浓密机。生产实践表明, HRC-25 m高压浓密机的应用较大地提高了梅山湿尾矿浓缩处理能力, 改变了以前浓缩能力不足的状况, 显著提高了浓密机底流浓度, 并获得了可观的经济效益, 为尾矿高浓度长距离稳定输送创造了有利条件。 |

| Abstract: | Thickening technique for current wet tailings in Meishan Mineral Processing Plant has been modified by introducing a high pressure thickener HRC-25 m. The production practice shows that, wet tailings thickening capacity of the plant can be significantly improved with HRC-25 m, with the underflow concentration of thickener greatly increased. After this technological innovation, the previons insufficiency problem in thickening capacity has been solved. This modification not only brings mine a considerable economic profit, but also is beneficial for the long-distance stable transportation of high-concentrated tailings. |
