沙101井井下复杂情况钻井完井对策

摘    要:沙101井φ149.2mm井段在钻进中发生了上喷下漏的复杂情况,在成功进行压井、堵漏作业的基础上,采用强行钻进技术钻至井深5820.00m提前完钻,并顺利完成了φ127.0mm尾管固井作业,有效封隔了上部气层.该井的成功对西部新区塔中、孔雀河地区钻井完井,具有一定的借鉴作用.

Abstract:The surface blowout and bottom loss happened when drilling the 149. 2mm borehole in Sha 101 Well. After successful sealing and killing operations, the force-feed technique was employed and drilled to 5820. 00m and finished drilling in advance. In addition, the 127. 0mm liner was also successfully cemented, and sealed off the upper gas formation efficiently. The successful experiences can be used to guide the drilling and completion in the west area of Tazhong and Kongquehe.
