低碳铝镇静钢QD08中Ds类夹杂物分析与控制

摘    要:低碳铝镇静钢QD08主要用于制造汽车发动机爪极,Ds类夹杂物超标,严重影响其疲劳寿命。采用电子显微镜、SEM和EDS等方法,对夹杂物形貌、尺寸及成分进行分析。研究认为,提高钢水洁净度,避免连铸卷渣将减少钢水中的夹杂物。并且通过改进生产工艺,有效控制了QD08中的大颗粒Ds类夹杂物,为现场改善Ds夹杂提供技术指导。

Abstract:?Low-carbon aluminum killed steel QD08 is mainly used in the manufacture of automobile engine claw, Ds inclusions exceed the standard, seriously affecting its fatigue life. The morphology, size and composition of inclusions were analyzed by Electron microscopy, SEM and EDS. It is suggested that the cleanliness of the molten steel can be improved and the inclusions in the molten steel can be reduced by the continuous casting slag. And by improving the production process, effective control of the large particles in the QD08 Ds kind inclusions, improve Ds inclusions to provide technical guidance for the scene.
