| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争加剧，品种钢增加，生产组织难度加大，中间包连浇炉数下降。从连铸设备、工序匹配、生产工艺、耐材质量、异常终浇和生产组织等方面分析了中间包连浇炉数的影响因素。采取提高工序匹配性、优化生产组织、扩大异钢种连浇、优化连铸机分工、减少异常终浇等措施后，提高了中间包连浇炉数；并对未来技术改造提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Because of fierce market competition， variety steels increasing and more difficult production organization， Tundish continuous casting number is declining.the factors of influencing the tundish continuous casting number are analysed which are continuous casting equipment，process matching， production procedure， refractory quality， abnormal casting and production management.After taking measures of improving process matching，optimizing production organization，expanding the grades transition，optimizing continuous casting machines’division and reducing the abnormal casting，Tundish continuous casting number has been improved.the technical reconstruction advice in the future has been put forward. |
