断层防水矿柱合理留设数值模拟分析与评价

摘    要:
根据某磁铁矿床Ⅰ#矿体的水文地质特征和采矿方法, 基于流-固耦合原理, 利用Phase2软件建立了数值模型, 分析研究了防水矿柱厚度对局部地下水渗流场的影响以及断层、围岩变形和破坏特征, 并结合经验公式法得出了Ⅰ#矿体合理的断层防水矿柱厚度。结果表明, 对于Ⅰ#矿体数值模拟建议留设的防水矿柱厚度为15~20 m, 经验公式计算的防水矿柱留设厚度为16.59 m, 综合考虑, Ⅰ#矿体在目前地下水位条件下的断层防水矿柱厚度为17 m。

Abstract:
According to hydrogeological properties of Ⅰ# orebody and mining method for it, a numerical model was established by using software Phase2 based on the basic theory of fluid-solid coupling. The influence of waterproof pillar thickness on local groundwater seepage, as well as fault, surrounding rock deformation and damage characteristics, was analyzed. A reasonable thickness for waterproof pillar was finally determined for Ⅰ# orebody based on an empirical formula. Results show that a waterproof pillar shall be with thickness of 15~20 m for Ⅰ# orebody according to the numerical simulation, while the empirical formula calculation led to the thickness at 16.59 m. As a result, the waterproof pillar for Ⅰ# orebody at the existing underground water level is designed to be with a thickness of 17 m based on a comprehensive consideration.
