红土铜矿硫酸化浸出工艺研究

摘    要:开发了红土铜矿先硫酸化预处理后浸出的两步工艺, 考察了浓硫酸加入量、加水量和硫酸化时间对红土铜矿硫酸化的影响, 以及液固比和浸出时间对浸出的影响。结果表明: -0.15 mm粒级红土铜矿, 在加水量50%(v/w)、浓硫酸用量276 kg/t、硫酸化时间1.5 h下预处理, 然后以水为溶剂, 在液固比6∶1、反应温度60 ℃下浸出3 h, 铜浸出率达到87%。与常温硫酸搅拌浸出相比, 硫酸化浸出法铜浸出率约提高了14个百分点。

Abstract:A two-step processing technique, including pretreatment of sulfation followed by leaching, was developed for copper laterite ore. Effects of adding quantities of sulfuric acid and water, the reaction time on the sulfation process, as well as effect of liquid-solid ratio and the leaching time on the leaching process were all investigated. A sulfation process for pretreatment lasting for 1.5 h with copper laterite ore at the grain size of -0.15 mm, by adding water at an amount of 50%(v/w) and the concentrated sulfuric acid at an amount of 276 kg/t, followed by a leaching process at a temperature of 60 ℃ for 3 h, with water as solvent at a liquid/solid ratio of 6∶1, resulted in the copper leaching rate up to 87%, up 14 percentage points compared to the process of direct leaching with sulfuric acid solution.
