太平洋中部深海粘土中稀土钇的酸浸研究

摘    要:对深海粘土中稀土元素钇的酸浸过程进行了探讨, 考察了酸种类、酸浓度、液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度等因素对深海粘土中稀土元素钇浸出的影响。结果表明: 盐酸与硝酸浸出效果相近, 均明显优于硫酸;最佳浸出条件为: 盐酸浓度2 mol/L、液固比4∶1、温度60 ℃、浸出时间60 min, 此时钇浸出率可达94.53%。

Abstract:Acid leaching of rare earth Y from deep-sea clay was discussed. Effects of several factors, including acid type, acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio, leaching temperature and time, on leaching rate of rare earth Y were investigated. It is found that both hydrochloric acid and nitric acid have the similar leaching effects, better than sulfuric acid. Under the optimum leaching conditions, including hydrochloric acid concentration at 2 mol/L, liquid-solid ratio at 4∶1, leaching temperature at 60 ℃ and leaching time of 60 min, the leaching rate of Y reaches 94.53%.
