规划理论及1978年以来中国规划理论的进展

文章以中国规划理论的政策性、应用性、实践性为脉络,采用历时性分析和主题探讨两种分析构架,扼要剖析了1978年以来中国城市规划理论的进展。文章认为规划理论随时代而变化,与所处国家的国情密切相关.当代中国的规划理论和欧美国家的规划理论有相当的差别,因此不应完全在西方规划理论的框架下研究当代中国规划理论。

PLANNING THEORY AND THE PROGRESS OF CHINESE PLANNING THEORY SINCE 1978

Adopting diachronic and thematic analytical frameworks, this paper generally reviews the evolution of Chinese planning theory since 1978 by its nature as policy-related, application-based, and practice-oriented. It argues that planning theory changes over times and has a nationally contextual sensitive nature. In addition, as contemporary Chinese planning theory is different from the Western one, it may not be an appropriate approach to study the contemporary Chinese planning theory thoroughly within the Western theoretical framework.
