微细浸染型难选金矿两段预处理-非氰化浸出研究

摘    要:以微细浸染型金矿为研究对象, 直接采用非氰化药剂TL浸出时, 浸出率较低。结合TY-TJ氧化体系在废水处理中的成功应用, 将该氧化体系应用于微细浸染型金矿的湿法化学预处理。采用TY-TJ氧化、碱两段预处理-非氰化浸出工艺, 在TY用量4 kg/t、TJ用量2 kg/t、氧化预处理时间2 h、氢氧化钠用量20 kg/t、碱预处理时间10 h、浸出剂TL用量10 kg/t、浸出时间4 h、液固比3∶1的条件下, 金浸出率达89.93%。该工艺具有环境友好、金浸出率高等优点, 在微细浸染型金矿开发利用中具有一定应用前景。

Abstract:The micro-disseminated gold ore is directly processed with non-cyanide (TL) leaching process, usually resulting in a low leaching rate. Based on the successful application of TY-TJ oxidation system in wastewater treatment, TY-TJ was firstly adopted in the wet chemical pretreatment of micro-disseminated gold ore. With a combined processing technique, consisting of two-stage pretreatment (TY-TJ oxidation and alkali) and non-cyanide leaching, the gold leaching rate reached 89.93% under the following conditions, including 2 h of oxidation pretreatment with the dosages of TY agent and TJ agent at 4 kg/t and 2 kg/t respectively, 10 h of alkali pretreatment with the dosage of sodium hydroxide at 20 kg/t, 4 h of non-cyanide leaching with the dosage of leaching TL agent at 10 kg/t, liquid-solid ratio at 3∶1. It is found that such processing technique, which is environmentally friendly and can bring in high leaching rate, will find a promising prospect in the development and utilization of micro-disseminated gold ore.
