钢包引流砂对中间包钢液洁净度的影响

摘    要:为了研究钢包引流砂对中间包钢液洁净度的影响,对国内某大型钢厂使用的钢包引流砂对钢液中氧含量的影响进行了计算分析,同时对该厂的中间包渣样进行计算分析。经过计算得出钢包引流砂在开浇完成后随着钢液进入中包后滞留在中间包熔渣中,熔渣的氧化性会有所增加,由于氧在熔渣和钢液中的含量是成正相关的,钢包引流砂会增加钢液中氧含量,进而增加钢液中的氧化物夹杂,降低了钢液的洁净度。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of stuffing sand on cleanliness of molten steel at tundish, the influence of stuffing sand on the oxygen content in molten steel in a large steel mill in China was calculated and analyzed, the tundish slag specimens are calculated and analyzed. The calculation results show that the stuffing sand is left in the tundish slag when the molten steel enters the tundish, the oxidability of the slag will increase, because oxygen is positively related to the content of slag and molten steel, the stuffing sand will increase the oxygen content in the liquid steel, and then increase the oxide inclusion in the molten steel and decrease the cleanliness of molten steel.
